Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 5 business days for me to process your order. Expect an email once I have shipped your order to let you know your order is on the way!

LOCAL PICK-UP:

During checkout, an option for local pick-up either at Kilcoy, QLD or the Sunshine Coast, QLD is available, subject to my availability or pre-determined work arrangements for that week. Pick-up on the Sunshine Coast may be available from Peachester, Beerwah, Glenview or Warana. Pick-up from Woodford is also an option.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING - AUSTRALIA ONLY:

I have done a fair amount of research to identify the most affordable shipping rates available through Australia Post (AusPost). Two options are available: 1) Parcel Post (standard delivery) and 2) Express Post. These fees include the necessary packaging to keep your order as best protected as I am able, once it is out of my hands and in the delivery network.

A tracking number will be provided once I have delivered your parcel to the local post office.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.
